A few odd bits of news.
On July 8, we are to go to the Delta, Colorado Hospital for some testing that cannot be done here locally. We will be looking at new cars, as our transmission seems to be failing.
On July 15, we will have an appointment with Dr. Davis, Ellen’s gynecological oncologist, in Denver. We hope to learn more from this visit.
Yesterday, to our surprise and delight, Ellen was strong enough to walk to the mailbox and around the neighborhood and back. For her to be that strong so soon after a treatment is remarkable. But of course.
Those two dates are now in my diary and I shall be thinking of you both. So happy to hear that Ellen is getting stronger by the day. You have so much to be thankful and grateful for. (Panting in our European heatwave. 31C in my room right now). Thinking of you both, Anna

Good to hear that your chemo is over. And great to see you out walking again so quickly! Best, Terry

Dear Ellen and Luke,
So glad you have arrived at the end of these months of treatment. I will keep you in my thoughts as the nectar finishes off all the cells that threaten and you regain more normalcy in your energy and activities! I will also keep you in mind and heart when you go to do the Delta PETscan on the 8th.
I’ve been out of town and we are now mostly back home. There are a few extra plants you may have if you need more things in your garden space.
Sending love, -Karen
