I give you this one thought to keep. I am with you still. I do not sleep. I am a thousand winds that blow. I am the diamond glints on the snow. I am the sunlight on ripened grain. I am the gentle autumn rain. When you awaken in the morning’s hush, I am the swift, uplifting rush Of quiet birds in circled flight. I am the soft stars that shine at night. Do not think of me as gone. I am with you still in each new dawn. Anonymous
And in Spanish…
No duermo. No piensen que me he ido. Estoy con ustedes en cada amanecer. Anónimo

Thank you for sharing that. I also wanted to say thank you for the celebration of life. It was beautiful and so good to see so many friends and hear those loving memories. I only knew Ellen for about 5 years…I started working at DHHS and Ellen was always so kind to me. She had such a beautiful smile and I still miss her walking down the hall humming or dancing. Miss her knitting while we were training. She will forever be someone that I look up to.
Thanks, Luke – that’s lovely. – G
